Just touched down in Auckland✈️ so⁣ it’s time to get to work ahead of the Missing Link on Thursday🧠⁣

I’m looking forward to be running this event along side my girls at @the_wellnessplatform and @revigour .We will be speaking to 30 guys and girls about the mind body connection, and our ability to rebuild health through brain training and neuroscience. ⁣

As this is my first event, it feels good to be making moves! It takes a lot of backing yourself and commitment, but its all worth it💫⁣

Lazy Sunday for me, before heading into a new week with big things planned🙌🏽⁣

This week I visited both the family of a friend who passed away, and someone I know who is still in hospital after being badly injured in the Mosque shootings. ⁣
⁣
It really made me think. We honestly have no idea what people are going through most of the time - especially as life “just goes on”. It is so important it is to be KIND. Empathy and compassion is everything.⁣
⁣
It’s all about perspective - make an effort not to sweat the small stuff, and don’t be afraid to reach out to people as it doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️

Change is constant BUT we often fear it🤷🏻‍♀️ ⁣

Embrace change, learn go with the flow- yes it takes practice, and LET YOUR INNER PERFECTIONIST GO (that was definitely Bianca circa 2011) 👋🏽 #cya
